Simple, Safe Service Contracts

Looking for an onsite Service Contract with the purchase of your new machine? Toner Print offers competitive industry rates, terms and conditions. With a no lock-in policy, we provide a superior product and a Service Contract that gives you the flexibility you deserve. If for any reason you're not happy with our service after the sale of your Printer/Copier, just give us 3 months’ notice in writing and we'll release you from our Service Contract (conditions apply).

RATES PER COPY VARY DEPENDING ON THE MACHINE PURCHASED AND ESTIMATED MONTHLY USAGE

CONDITIONS

Toner Print takes care of:

  • Onsite service call-outs
  • Consumable supplies (excluding paper)
  • Parts and labour costs

Please note;

Toner Print will not be liable or bound to fix a machine under a Service Contract through misuse or negligence by the client. Labour costs will be charged out at our standard labour rates, and we will not cover consumables or parts for the machine.

Network charges may apply if IT issues occur that are not related to the machine in any way, i.e. Power Surges.
 
The contract can be cancelled by giving Toner Print 3 months’ notice in writing, and the consumables will be charged out on a percentage of their usage and life remaining.
