So you're not sure how to fit your new Toner?

If this is the case, please let us know when placing your order. We will ensure that our driver delivering your new Toner is aware, and shows you how to do this for all future replacements. The driver will also take your used cartridge away, ensuring it's disposed of correctly through a reputable recycling program.

So you purchased a new printer from us or elsewhere, but you aren’t sure how to install the many features that encouraged you to buy that particular make & model in the first place?

For a small fee, we can have one of our qualified technicians call around and take care of the installation process. Too many people are only using the basics when it comes to their new printer, but didn't you buy it to take full advantage of today’s technology?
